This is interesting. On the one hand (and I hate to say it) Ordinary Preston does have a point. Chantelle wouldn’t have a story to sell if they had stayed happily married. So doesn’t he deserve a percentage of her earnings from these stories? But then (and this has been making my head hurt a bit) who gets what out of *this* story.

Of course, many peeps didn’t believe their marriage was true in the first place (even more reason for him to have his share), but it does get you thinking about the Mills/McCartney divorce. Should Macca claim half Heather’s recent PR stint fee?
